Join the SJ Call-In Coalition for a story, this month we are reading "Listening to My Body" by Gabi Garcia, a guide to helping kids understand the connection between their sensations (what the heck are those?) and feelings so that they can get better at figuring out what they need.
As we read the book we will be stopping for conversations and give them a chance to listen to their own bodies and afterward a fun craft! We know that teaching kids at an early age to love and respect everyone can have a lasting outcome not only on themselves but others in the world! This is open for kids, ages 4-10 and that’s not a hard rule. Parents are encouraged to join too!
